Authorized users of Numeria’s internal CRM and Publisher sign in through Google Workspace. We receive their verified Numeria email address and basic account identification, but Numeria does not collect or store their Google password.

Our hosting and security providers may also process basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, timestamps and security logs required to operate and protect the website.

How we use your information

We use personal information to:

• Respond to enquiries and arrange requested conversations.

• Record communications and schedule follow-ups.

Numeria’s restricted CRM and Publisher use a strictly necessary, secure session cookie to keep authorized users signed in. Google may use its own technologies when providing Google sign-in, subject to Google’s policies.

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to manage an enquiry or business relationship and satisfy applicable legal, accounting or regulatory requirements.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. However, no online system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
